Our primary aim with our aid missions is to not only bring material assistance to our compatriots in need, but also fill them with strength and hope, to imbue them with resilience. These are the indispensable ingredients for living at the border, constantly in a state of uncertainty and tension. We hope that our beneficiaries feel seen and cared for, that they never forget that there is an expansive community of people from around the world who are ready to support them, to stand by their side, to hear their concerns, and to encourage them as they build up their lives on the border. Indeed, our beneficiaries, alongside our fearless soldiers, are the keepers of the homeland.
