This past weekend, our operations lead, Hovhannes, drove down to Syunik to deliver aid to a total of 40 families in Tegh village near the border. The beneficiaries were a mix of locals as well as those forcibly displaced from Artsakh. Through collaboration with P&T NGO and the Tegh municipality, we were able to identify families identified as high needs, defined as rural families with 3+ kids, elderly, and people with disabilities. Thank you to P&T NGO and Tegh municipality for also assisting in the distributions and helping us bring much-needed assistance to families in need during “crazy March,” as Syunik is still facing powerful snowstorms.
